These terms apply to your use of Freelance Hustle, operated by WNOG USA LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the queue, you agree to them.

The service

Freelance Hustle lets you join a queue to have your Fiverr profile reviewed by Vasily on live streams on YouTube and X. Joining the queue is free. We review profiles in queue order, but we don't guarantee a specific date or time, and review times and stream schedules can change.

Public reviews

Reviews happen in public. By joining, you agree that we may show and discuss your public Fiverr profile and say your first name on a live stream, and that recordings may stay available on YouTube and X. Your first name and join time also appear in the public queue on this site.

Priority reviews

You can pay a one-time fee of $5 USD to move ahead of non-priority entries. Priority entries are reviewed in the order they paid. A priority review includes a review in the next available live slot and a written summary of what to change, sent to the email address given at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Referrals

After joining, you get a personal link. Each new person who joins through it with their own Fiverr username moves you up 10 spots among non-priority entries. Priority entries stay ahead of you. Referral credit has no cash value and only applies while you're waiting.

You can't refer yourself. We may remove credit or entries for fake, duplicate or automated signups, and we may change or end the referral program at any time. Only share your link with people who are happy to receive it.

Gig Rush

Gig Rush is a free game for fun. Scores have no prizes or value and don't affect your place in the queue. Its characters and buyer messages are fictional.

No guarantee of results

Reviews are opinions and general advice. We don't promise that following them will bring you messages, clients or income. You're responsible for any changes you make to your profile and for following Fiverr's rules.

Acceptable use

• Only submit a profile that you own or are allowed to submit.
• Don't use offensive names or impersonate someone else.
• Don't spam the queue or interfere with the site or its security.

We may remove an entry or decline a review if these rules are broken. If we remove a paid entry, the Refund Policy applies.

Independence from Fiverr

Freelance Hustle is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Fiverr International Ltd. "Fiverr" is a trademark of its owner.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights that can't legally be limited, including your consumer rights.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without limiting any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
