WNOG USA LLC ("we", "us") runs Freelance Hustle and is responsible for your personal data. Contact us at [email protected] or 93-03 63rd Drive, Rego Park, New York 11374.
What we collect
- Queue details: your first name, Fiverr username, optional email, and when you joined.
- Payment details: if you pay, your email, the amount, date and Stripe reference. Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store them.
- Usage data: only if you accept analytics cookies, data about how you use the site, including session replays from Microsoft Clarity.
- Referrals: if you join through someone's link, we record whose link it was so we can credit them. They only see how many friends joined, not who. Your own link contains a reference to your queue entry, but no personal details.
- Device check: only if you join through a referral link, your browser creates a device ID from details such as your screen, fonts and browser settings. We use it to stop one device earning repeated referral credit. It is sent to our server when you join and held briefly in memory, for up to about a day. We don't save it to our database or share it.
- Profile checks: our team may use an AI tool to summarize your public Fiverr profile and estimate a reliability score. We store the result with your queue entry to help prepare your review. It isn't published, and it doesn't decide your place in the queue.
- Spam protection: when you start the join form, Google reCAPTCHA collects data such as your IP address, browser details and how you interact with the page, and gives us a score for how likely you are to be a person.
- Security logs: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and basic request data, which we also use briefly to limit abuse.
How we use it, and why
- To run the queue and deliver your review (performing our agreement with you).
- To process payments and refunds and keep required records (agreement and legal obligation).
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
- To understand and improve the site through analytics (your consent).
What is public
Your first name and join time appear in the public queue. During your review, your public Fiverr profile and first name appear on live streams on YouTube and X, and recordings may stay online. Your email is never shown publicly.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the service:
- Airtable, which stores queue and payment records
- Stripe, which processes payments
- OpenAI, which receives your Fiverr username when we run an AI check on your public profile
- Google (reCAPTCHA), when you start the join form, under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
- Our website hosting provider
- Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity), only if you accept analytics cookies
- Google (YouTube), only if you press play on a video on this site
Some providers are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep queue details for up to 12 months after your review, then delete them. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, unless we have to keep them by law.
Cookies
Essential cookies are always on. reCAPTCHA loads only when you start the join form, whatever your cookie choice, because it protects the queue from spam. The device check described above also runs whatever your cookie choice, because it prevents referral abuse. Analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept all". You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. Videos load from YouTube only after you press play.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to or limit how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

This service isn't intended for anyone under 18.

We'll post any updates to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
